Despite keeping busy with her Monster Ball World Tour, Gaga has said that she intends to release a new album by the end of 2010.

Gaga on Larry King Live says that the third album will not be out this year:

“My next album will not be coming out this Christmas. I don’t know if I was supposed to tell you. I wanted to give it some time. Even thogh it’s finished, I want to give my fans what they deserve, which is for me to promote and travel the world.

The album was inspired for my newfound understanding and love for my fans. What they need. What they dream about. For the future. The album is an anthem for the new decade. It has an overarching message.”

In the ShowStudio.com interview, which is linked just below this post, Gaga says the following about her fans inspiring her third album:

“My new album that I am creating, which is finished, pretty much, was written with this new instinctual energy that I’ve developed getting to know my fans. They protect me, so now it’s my destiny to protect them.”

I’m much more self aware of my spiritual and leadership connection to my little monsters.

This new album is my moment to create what will later be perceived 20 years from now, as my iconic moment.”

- (5/24/10) In a recent interview with The Times of London, Gaga said the following about the album being “spiritual.”

“You know when people say, ‘If you could say one sentence about who you are, what your life is,’ it’s that. For the whole album, Because I recently had this … miracle-like experience, where I feel much more connected to God.”

“[It's] more spiritual. I don’t want to say much, because I want it to stay hidden until it comes out — but I will say that religion is very confusing for everyone, and particularly me, because there’s really no religion that doesn’t hate or condemn a certain kind of people, and I totally believe in all love and forgiveness, and excluding no one.”

When asked for a release date, Gaga says:

“[I] can’t talk about it yet, but everyone’s going to f—ing know about it when it comes out.”

- (4/21/10) Akon says that Gaga is recording some ‘crazy’ tracks for her upcoming album:

“She records while she’s on the road. I’m flying out to Europe to work on some new records with her. GaGa’s just like me. She has a tour bus with a studio in it. Some of the songs I’ve heard are going to be crazy. She’s getting bigger and better.

“All I’m doing at the end of the day is listening to the tracks GaGa has written and approving them for her album. She has producers that she works with outside of myself and they are coming up with some incredible records. But the beauty of it is she knows exactly what she wants. So it just makes it easier for me.”

- (4/9/10) Gaga has been photographed walking in to a recording studio in Sydney while she’s on tour with The Monster Ball. If she is recording for her third album, this would put the album release date somewhere around September or October depending on which stage of recording she is in.

- (4/8/10) Fernando Garibay, producer of “Dance in the Dark” and good friend of Gaga’s, recently tweeted: “It’s hard to sleep and come down after working with one of the most beautiful and talented women in the universe @ladygaga” Fernando has also hinted on his Facebook page that he will be working on Gaga’s next album.

- (3/26/10) Lady Gaga made comments about her third album during an interview with an Australian radio station. She said it is her “best work to date” and “the core” has already been written.

- (2/18/10) Red One, who is one of Lady Gaga’s producers, tells MTV that him and Gaga are headed back to the studio “very, very soon” and “within weeks”.
