These Mountaineers are some dedicated little Monsters! Gaga’s mom would be proud!
On their first day back to classes, a group of students led by Dr. Lisa DiBartolomeo, a foreign languages professor, created a flash mob in one of the most prominent areas of campus.
“My main goal with the flash mob was to just draw attention to the dynamics and fun within the foreign language department,” DiBartolomeo said. “It gave us a chance to show a bit of our personality and prove that we’re not just the service horse of the University … but that we know how to have fun.”
LadyGagaLive writer and WVU alum John Thrasher was invited to the flash mob, but couldn’t be in Morgantown, West Virginia for it! Check out the hotness of the “Telephone” flash mob below!
RedOne is very excited about the new Gaga album, according to a recent Billboard.com interview!
“It’s going to be shocking, shocking, shocking!” RedOne says of Gaga’s new music. “You never want to go too far from your brand — people love you for a reason. But we still want to give them something with a kick, something that makes them say, ‘Oh my God! We didn’t expect this!’
RedOne continues,
“When you heard ‘Bad Romance’ after ‘Poker Face,’ it was like the best thing you’ve ever heard,” he continues. “We want that type of reaction. I think that’s part of my job and her job — to keep her evolving.”
After rumors spread like wildfire all over the internet that David Bowie had been working on Gaga’s new album, the legendary artist went to his official website to dispell all rumors:
When this tall story first surfaced a few days ago it was denied as a hoax in an update to the same article and we thought that would be the end of it.
I guess some folk see what they want to see though and now the rumour that David Bowie has been working with Lady Gaga seems to have taken off.
The hoax was started by some bright spark or other with the above forgery. We’ve highlighted the supposed Bowie contributions.
However, in a nutshell, the suggestion that David Bowie is producing and participating in the production of Lady Gaga’s next album is untrue and a hoax.
There have been a lot of rumors over the last year about Gaga wanting to be part of movies or creating a music video feature film, so take this with a grain of salt.
According to StarPulse, Gaga wants Bryan Singer (X-Men, X2, Superman Returns) to direct a feature length film as an extended music video. We think this is an AMAZING idea with an AMAZING director and would love to see Gaga on the big screen a la Michael Jackson!
We aren’t sure why this hasn’t been done already! What do you guys think? Would you go see a 2 hour music video from Gaga?
There are some strong rumors circling the internets that a document was leaked from Interscope Records revealing that David Bowie has worked with Gaga on a song called “Vinyl.”
Bowie is credited as co-producer, guitarist, and vocals on the song.
It’s no secret that Bowie is one of Gaga’s biggest influences. Can’t wait to see if this is true!
